For international buyers
Browse one consolidated catalogue, select items and quantities, enter vessel details and terminal, then submit an order request. A proforma invoice can be generated for finance approval.
Buyers can review order status and confirm receipt using a delivery token shared with the authorized receiver.
For Jalasena operations
The operator reviews orders and the system proposes supplier allocations using price, quality, stock, distance, lead time, guarantee and supplier performance.
Jalasena remains the single customer-facing storefront. Supplier allocations and cost details are internal operational information.
Production readiness: This starter includes an order workflow and payment status records, not a live payment gateway or legally regulated escrow. Before real operations, validate port access, ship-to-ship/anchorage procedures, tax/customs requirements, food/cold-chain handling, payment-provider terms, and legal contracts with the relevant authorities and advisers.
